Email
The Email application is used to read and send email from services other than Gmail. The Email application includes a
wizard enabling easy setup for several popular email service providers.
Email Account Setup
Initial Setup
1. From the Home screen, tap Email. Or tap
Apps
> Email.
2. Enter the
Email address and Password for your email account > Next.
3. If prompted, select
POP3, IMAP or Exchange.

POP3, IMAP, and Exchange account settings are determined by your email account provider. For more details please visit
your provider’s support website.
ⰺ
If the account type you want to set up is not in the phone database, you’ll be asked to enter more details.
4. Enter a name for this account and a name to include on outgoing messages>
Done.
Adding an additional email account
You can add one or more email accounts to your phone.
1. From the Home screen, tap
Email.
2. Press
Menu
> Accounts.
3. Press
Menu
> Add account.
4. Repeat the steps to add an account as described in Initial Setup above.
Deleting an email account
1. From the Home screen, tap Email.
2. Press
Menu
> Accounts
.
3. Tap and hold the account >
Remove account.
Refreshing an email account
1. From the Home screen, tap Email.
2. Press
Menu
> Refresh.

If you have several email accounts, you can refresh them all at the same time.
From any message inbox,
press
Menu
> Accounts > Combined Inbox > Refresh
