- Audio connections to DVD players, VCRs, TVs, etc. -

" Audio connection to TVs or other equip-

ment

You can enjoy surround sound from TVs or other equipment by connecting

them to the unit as shown.

" Using other subwoofer

For a greater emphasis of bass, a commercially available subwoofer, with a

built in amplifier, can be connected to the unit using the SUBWOOFER PRE

OUT socket.

Notes:

! No sound is heard from the speaker in which an amplifier is not built in.

! When not using the supplied subwoofer, disconnect the speaker wire from the

main unit.

! The speaker delay and level settings are applied to the subwoofer connected to

the SUBWOOFER PRE OUT socket (see pages 25 and 26).

Caution:

Turn off all other equipment before making this connection.

Notes:

! Refer to the operation manual of the equipment to be connected.

! Insert the plugs fully to avoid fuzzy pictures or noise.
