MANUALLY RECEIVING INTERNET FAXES

If you need to immediately check for received Internet faxes, for example when a long reception check interval has

been set, you can perform manual reception.

■ Internet-Fax manual reception

Press the [SYSTEM SETTINGS] key.

Touch the [FAX DATA RECEIVE/

FORWARD] key.

Touch the [I-FAX MANUAL RECEPTION]

key.

Touch the [RECEPTION START] key.

The machine connects to the mail server to check

to see if new Internet-Fax data has been received.

If new data has been received, this machine reads

and prints it.

If you touch the checkbox of [MANUAL

RECEPTION KEY IN INITIAL SCREEN] to display

the checkmark, the [I-FAX MANUAL

RECEPTION] key that has the same function as

the [RECEPTION START] key above will be

displayed in the CONDITION SETTING screen in

the INTERNET-FAX mode.

Touch the [OK] key to return to the system

settings menu screen.

Touch the [EXIT] key to return to the initial

screen.
