TROUBLESHOOTING

Remove the new drum cartridge from

the protective bag and gently insert

the lead end of the drum cartridge

along the guides.

Remove the protective cover from the

drum cartridge and then push the

cartridge all the way into the machine.

Insert the TD cartridge along the

guides until it locks in place.

If there is any dirt or dust

on the TD cartridge,

remove it before

installing the cartridge.

Close the front cover and side cover.

The drum cartridge

replacement required

indicator ( ) will go

out.

Do not touch the drum cartridge (green

portion). Doing so may damage the drum and

cause smudges on copies.

• Before closing the front cover, make sure

that the TD cartridge and drum cartridge is

correctly installed.

• When closing the front cover, gently hold

both ends.
