Speed Dialing
If the number you want to dial has been programmed in a Speed Dial number,
you can dial it by pressing and then entering the Speed Dial number.
SPEED DIAL

Load the document(s).
SEND READY will appear in the
display.
• Press and/or to
set the resolution and contrast if
needed.
• To send the document ahead of other
documents waiting for transmission,
press .
• To send the document directly from the
feeder (not through memory), press
. (Flip up the Rapid Key overlay
if it is down.)

Press and then enter the Speed Dial number by pressing the
numeric keys.
• If you enter less than 2 digits for the Speed Dial number, press to
complete the entry.

Check the display. If the name or number shown is correct, press .
(If not, press and then repeat Step 2.)
